Do you ever feel overwhelmed? Or the opposite – like something is missing in your life? Have you ever asked yourself any of these types of questions: Where can I find friends who I can share my faith with? How can I reconnect with Christ and energize my faith life?  What matters most in life?

The reality is we’ve probably all experienced those kinds of moments in life. We all have a deep desire to feel like we belong—and as Catholics, to feel welcome in our own parish. It’s amazing how many men and women just need to be invited to go deeper and we help provide a simple format that helps them do just that.

The Welcome Retreat at STM can help you answer these types of questions and more. It will help you discover what that something is—and what to do about it. The Welcome Retreat is run by STM parishioners for STM parishioners, and it’s re-energizing our community not to mention create Dynamic Catholics across the country.

Why Welcome?

We believe that Welcome is the first step in helping people make sense of life. It will help you develop lasting friendships with others in the parish and fill you with newfound energy and purpose.

Meet – Experience a weekend of friendship and fellowship that will help you develop a close circle of friends for life.
Encounter – Spend a weekend with the Holy Spirit and discover what the catholic faith can do to fulfill your life and purpose.
Renew – An opportunity to dig deeper and re-energize your faith and relationship with God. Fall in love with Jesus all over again.

We hope you’ll consider attending our next Welcome Retreat at St, Thomas More Catholic Parish. (Please note, there is a $55 registration fee that includes meals and lodging during the retreat weekend. Financial assistance is available.)

Registrants can either register online or complete and return the registration form along with the $55 registration fee to the Parish office.
