Fall 2019

A Stewardship Prayer
O God, our Creator and loving Father, give us the grace to grow in charity that we may draw closer to you by generously sharing with others what you, in your loving providence, bestow upon us. We ask this through our Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.

This weekend was the kickoff of our annual Stewardship of Treasure program at our parish.

Parishioners Daniel and Sue Lythgoe shared their story of their response to God’s generosity.

Monsignor Tom is speaking to our parish family this weekend, asking us for our prayerful consideration of an increase of our gift to support the Sunday offertory.

We are made to give, to return in gratitude to God, a portion of His bountiful blessings, trusting His promise that He will never be out done in generosity.

We thank the many parishioners who have responded already and pray that all parishioners will join together, in commitment to our parish community and in communion with fellow parishioners, to support our stewardship of treasure at St. Thomas More.

The generous response of all who have participated in our annual stewardship of treasure program is a beautiful reflection of their trust in God’s faithfulness and continued generosity.

Our need to give back in thanksgiving comes from within the depths of our hearts. The thoughtful and prayerful response by those who recognize this need is a true blessings to our parish family.
