Adoration, Praise and Benediction
2nd Tuesday of every month
Tuesday, December 13
7:00–8:30 p.m. ~ Church Sanctuary
The Young Adult Group, along with Kelley Contreras and the deacons, will be hosting a praise, worship and benediction on the second Tuesday of every month. All ages are welcome! Come and worship our Lord in the Blessed Sacrament through praise music, meditation, benediction and community. Praise, prayer and adoration to finish with snack and social.
The Holy Spirit
Phil is going to talk about his experience as a State Trooper in WY and how the HS affects his life. I hope that you can all come!! Meet in the youth center at 7 pm.
If you want to have dinner before, meet at Jimmy John's on Arapahoe and Yosemite (a little further but worth the trip) at 6 pm.
Bible Study in the Park - June 29
Join us for a Bible Study with a twist! The twist is...that we will be doing the Bible Study at a near-by park. We'll meet at STM at 7 pm and walk to the park for our Bible Study. It will be a great night to do some reading and then hang out at the park for some frisbee, football and socializing!! Should be fun!
If you want to meet for dinner before, join us at Mad Greens (Yosemite and County Line) at 6 pm.
Medjugorje
On Tuesday Lauren will be speaking about her experience at Medjugorje. It will be a night to hear about this great miracle and to be inspired by her story. Please join us in the Youth Center at 7 pm.
If you'd like to join us for dinner before, meet at Subway (Quebec and County Line) at 6 pm.
God's Humor - May 11
Tuesday, May 11, we are going to have a night to talk about God's Humor and how that affects our lives!! It will be a great night. We will discuss for the 1/2 of the night then we will play either outside or cards and scene it inside. Hope to see you in the Youth Center at 7 pm.
Bible Study - May 4
As summer approaches the Young Adult group will be starting a summer Bible Study. For May, June, July and August we will take a look at 4 different stories from Jesus life. These stories are familiar to us, but through this study we will come to know Jesus and his followers in a new way. This will be a great refreshing Bible Study for the summer. Join us Tuesday night in the Youth Center at 7 pm to start this journey with us.
Night at the Movies - 4-27
We will go to see Invictus at 7 pm at the Tiffany Plaza 6 theater (7400 East Hampden Avenue Denver, CO 80231). If you want to carpool please meet me at STM at 6:30 or you can meet at the theater at 6:45. The show is at 7 pm. We hope to see you there.
On Relationships
On Tuesday we have the great honor to have Al Zuber (a long time volunteer for the Youth Ministry department) coming to speak to us. He will be reflecting on the effect of different relationships in his life and also how volunteering has drawn him closer to Christ. This is a great evening to hear a different perspective and to reflect on your relationships in your life.
Easter Party - Dinner Out - April 6
What better way to celebrate the LORD’s resurrection than with a dinner with friends. As a Young Adult group we will go out to dinner April 6th. We are going to Pasquini’s Pizzeria (7431 Park Meadows Drive, Lone Tree, CO 80124: www.pasquinis.com). We will still meet at STM at 7 pm and be at the restaurant by 7:20ish. Lent Reflection - Prepare for Holy Week - March 30
Holy Week is just like it sounds, a very HOLY week for us. How do you prepare for this great time in our Church? Come on Tuesday night to prepare your heart and mind for Holy Thursday, Good Friday, Holy Saturday and Easter Sunday. Also take this opportunity to reflect on your Lenten season.
