Welcome to Servant Leadership Weekend
2012 weekend: Thursday, August 2nd - Sunday, August 5th
All high school youth who want to become leaders in their families, communities, churches, and world are encouraged to join us for Servant Leadership Weekend (or SLW), an annual Catholic leadership retreat open to all youth throughout the Archdiocese. 2012 forms and info
All 2012 SLW participants will need to submit an individual liability form. Individual forms should be turned in to your youth minister and will be turned in together along with the Church Registration. Student Ministry Team applicants will also need to download the SMT form below and submit it to the SLW Design Team before the April 30th deadline.

2012 Church Registration Form
All participants must register through their parish, and each parish will submit a church registration form. Early bird registration prices expire after July 15, so be sure to get everything turned in before then! Please download the form from below.
