Catechism of the Catholic Church Class
“CATECHISM OF THE CATHOLIC CHURCH” CLASS – AN IN-DEPTH STUDY OF OUR CATHOLIC FAITH
The Catechism was given to us by Pope John Paul II in 1994 and has been, in his words, “a sure norm for teaching the faith” for the past 16 years. Beginning in September, 2010 two tracts are offered to help you study this marvelous summary of our faith. As we walk you through each of the paragraphs, a deeper understanding and appreciation of our faith and an increased love for God will unfold for you throughout the study and class discussions.
Tuesday evenings meet from 7:00 p.m. to 8:45 p.m. and will focus on the liturgical life and the sacraments beginning September 14, 2010
Wednesday mornings meet from 10:00 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. and will focus on the moral life and the Ten Commandments beginning September 15, 2010
Both classes meet in St. Francis Hall (in the Evangelization wing of the school). Child care is provided on Wednesday mornings by calling 48 hours in advance at 303-770-0531 ext. 0 and leaving your full name, phone number and the numbers and ages of children needing care. For more information call or email: Roberta Marsh 303-770-0531 ext. 3 or robertam@stthomasmore.org
